Join David Dik and Marcia McCaffrey as they delve in with participants what  exactly does it mean to be a culturally responsive arts leader and arts organization1 & 4. Discussion points will include building culturally responsive capital and why it’s important 1 & 2; how the state arts standards revisions are addressing cultural responsiveness 5; and sharing within the group ideas around cultural responsive practices3. Then, taking a step back, participants will identify needs and outcomes for driving statewide priorities and opportunities to raise up arts education in New Hampshire 6.
