NEFA Creative Ground Mixer: OPTIONAL

Grab lunch and head back to the STRAND to join New England Foundation for the Arts (NEFA) for a presentation on CreativeGround, NEFA's free directory of New England artists, cultural nonprofits, and creative businesses. This workshop will explore ways that you can use CreativeGround to grow and show your creative network online as well as access powerful resources through NEFA’s performing arts grant programs including New England States Touring (NEST).
In addition, you’ll learn how to use CreativeGround to:
  • Create a free public profile and promote yourself or your New England enterprise's activities, connections, and services to a broad audience.
  • Find potential collaborators and resources in the New England creative community using the Search and Explore functions.
  • Explore and quantify the creative spaces, enterprises, and artists at work in your community.

Creative Connection Reception

In collaboration with local community partner Neoteric Dance Collaborative, the New Hampshire State Council for the Arts and New Hampshire Arts Learning Network is hosting the Creative Connection Reception for attendees of the 2019 Culturally Responsive Leadership Conference. The reception will provide an opportunity for attendees to connect in a relaxed environment while enjoying complimentary food and entertainment from Rochester’s growing creative community. The evening will conclude with a community jam session. We encourage you to bring your instruments, voices and dancing shoes or you can just sit back, relax and enjoy!

The Creative Connection Reception will take place on November 14th from 7:00-9:00 pm at the Rochester Performing Arts Center located at 32 N Main St, Rochester, NH 03867- A VERY short drive up the road from Dover.  Door prizes!
